Pei Wei Asian Diner

Pei Wei is probably one of our favorite Asian restaurants. It is a subsidiary of P.F Changs, however Pei Wei offers more variety of Asian dishes other then just Chinese. Basically it is a casual restaurant with a contemporary atmosphere, that you choose the dish with the flavors and sauces you prefer then your choice of meat or vegetables. They even have the famous Chicken Lettuce Wraps that are usually a must have at PF Changs.

You get the great taste of PF Changs, great portions, at a reasonable price. Rather then spending $12 to $15 for a plate, it's about $8 and could be plenty to share for some.

Tofu. A commonly misunderstood food. If you just sneered a little, please reconsider. Pei Wei probably has the best prepared tofu (soybean curd). They have it imported and it's actually baked. Texture is extra firm...similar to chicken, and as you may have heard, tofu actually takes on the flavor of whatever it's cooked in. Like General Tso's chicken or Mongolian beef? Then substitute tofu for that extra dose of nutrients. Yes, tofu is quite healthy for you. So throw aside stereotypes of this meat alternative, and let Pei Wei give you a fresh, new tasty outlook on tofu!
