The brisket was flavorful, lean, and juicy. While we haven't tried them yet, we have been told they have the best dry-rub Ribs in town.
As you enter you will stand in probably stand in line for 5 to 10 minutes to place your order, but it is sure worth the wait.

If you think Pappy's has the best BBQ you need to try Sawmill. They are just across the river in Cahokia. Several of us agree they are way better than Pappy's, just haven't had the media attention. The ribs and the brisket both melt in your mouth.
